ChristinaMarie Cardinale has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Coach Realtors since 2005. Having lived on the South Shore, she joined the West Islip office. Now that she is living on the North Shore, she has now also made a second home at the Smithtown branch. With previous mortgage firm experience, Christina developed an interest in the housing market. Shortly thereafter, she acquired her notary license and her license to sell real estate. Coach Realtors was an easy choice for Christina’s new venture. Family-oriented and old-school, Christina shares the same important values as the Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors family.

With patience, kindness, and well-honed organization skills from time spent working in administration for an attorney, Christina’s business today is based largely on referrals from past happy clients. Today, Christina’s skillset includes her loyalty to her clients, her positive attitude, and her ability to listen to your needs and understand what you want. Christina prides herself on providing every client with personal attention and understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. Serving all Long Island, across Suffolk and Nassau counties, Christina will tell you her favorite moment of a sale is seeing the smile on the face of her buyers and sellers at the end of the transaction.

Christina cares about others and gives back often. Her father, a Navy veteran, and her hero passed away recently from IPF (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis) - an interstitial lung disease. In his honor, Christina helps raise funds for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Additionally, Christina enjoys her daily Facetime calls with her grandmother, talking about everything! With two rescue kitties, she also loves animals and donates blankets, towels, and sheets to local animal shelters and pet stores. When she’s not making real estate dreams come true, Christina enjoys cooking and reading. Well-read, her home office includes a library to hold her favorite books. A devoted daughter, granddaughter, wife, and friend to the animals, Christina has the compassion and knowledge clients and customers look for.
